Medicines should normally be administered to your child at home and should not, as a matter of course, be sent into school. Some prescription medicines, however, may have to be administered at set times.
Any prescription medicine administered in school must be clearly named and state the required dose. We will always require an Authorisation form to be completed (see below). Medication should be handed into the school office by an adult and collected by an adult at the end of the day.
